Broad pathways along the streets will lend a shaded, boulevard feeling and will allow people to move easily throughout the project
-
Nestled within sculptural earthworks between the Constitution Drive office buildings, the multi-acre amphitheater insulates the space from the Bayfront Expressway, while providing views of the East Bay Hills beyond.
-
The motor court will be as friendly to pedestrians as it is convenient to vehicles. Large trees and textured paving will create the ambiance of an outdoor lobby and a welcome relief from typical suburban parking lots.
-
Sculptural landscaping will define outdoor spaces, such as sports "rooms" for employees' active recreation. Landscaping extends the office buildings to these outdoor rooms and beyond.
-
Along the Bayfront Expressway side of the project, a shaded walkway provides pedestrian-friendly access to Bayfront Park.
-
A courtyard separates the two Constitution Drive office buildings. A formal walkway between the two buildings provides a pedestrian-friendly space – or outdoor rooms – with shade and outdoor seating.
-
Between the Independence Drive office building and parking garage, an inviting outdoor seating area is sheltered from the wind and offers opportunities to eat outdoors or hold informal meetings.
-
The amphitheater offers a convenient "getaway" for taking in outdoor events, hosting a meeting, or relaxing in the sun.
