Career Fair a Success!

More than 500 applicants and over 30 employers attended the 2009 Diversity Career Fair on Saturday, October 3. As applicants waited in line to meet with employers, many were pleased with the opportunity to conveniently interview and apply for open positions. Employers were often booked with interviews up until the event closed, and many said they were impressed with the caliber of applicants who attended.

"We were pleased with everyone's participation and with the opportunity to bring higher visibility and exposure to many qualified job applicants in our local community," said David D. Bohannon. "We are always looking for new ways to attract jobs and bring opportunities home to Menlo Park."

The Diversity Career Fair was sponsored by Bohannon Development Company and JobTrain, and it showcased employers including Kaiser Permanente, HIP Housing, Keller Williams Realty, Aerotek, PG&E, Sequoia Hospital and many others.
